Sometimes you just need a conversation partner to figure out what is going on in your life. You can't always find a suitable listener in your circle, or they are too close to the events.
Peer support discussion is not a therapy service, and it does not replace a doctor's care. I offer mature, open-minded conversational company with a coaching approach to life's confusing situations. I will definitely recommend a therapist or a doctor if I see a need for it.
I also coach creatives and companies to reach their goals.

At the crossroads of life, people often have the map to solutions in their own hands, but it’s hard to see it on your own. Or your own hunch feels uncertain.
I'll help you notice the map in your hand. By listening, asking questions, and offering you perspectives and clarity on your situation.
I will help you identify the things that affect your circumstances, name them, how they may be connected to each other, and what steps you could take to move forward with your situation.
I will also help you identify what kind of services, forms of treatment or support you may need in your situation in order to reach a safe balance.
For others, one conversation opens the view to a new landscape. With others, we meet a few times to clarify the situation.

Creative Coaching
Creators of creative work and creative entrepreneurs sometimes find their desks and heads full: there is a fading career or interest, a rising career or interest, and a thousand individual projects. In addition, maybe some bread work among them. Sometimes it all is making you crazy: how to get any kind of order in life and work. Or achieving your own goals seems impossible.
There may have been a leap from amateur activity to business activity or a multidisciplinary project whose commercial and functional patterns are foreign to you.
It is always easier for an outsider to distinguish the different streams of creative work from each other and package them into distinct entities. It is also easy for an experienced creative to understand various recurring challenges in project work. Sometimes you need sparring for a more professional touch or the basics of running a business.
I help you or your company to organize the situation into a concrete, eventually also visually illustrative plan. What's on the table, what is really the goal, what to focus on now and what later. Whatever everyone needs in their situation.
What you do doesn't have to be big or professional - even creative dreams and your own projects can benefit from gentle support.

Soulful Questions
We live in a time when soul-level questions, experiences and issues have begun to preoccupy people.
Many come across strange events or experiences, which arouse the thought that this must be some kind of soul-level experience.
Others have difficulty in finding out about their own thoughts and values when the world offers so many different views, and their own points of view seem unclear.
I will help you forward with your experiences and thoughts, what they could be about. In what way can you either find peace with the events, or from which direction to continue your research with the soul level forward.
For others, one conversation gives the keys to continue working on the topic. With others, we meet several times to clarify the situation.

Starseed Session
Starseed essence and soul, doesn't say anything unless that is your own experience. However, more and more people are recognizing this phenomenon, the starseed soul, in their own being.
Being a starseed can be such a different way of perceiving and experiencing the world, existence, physicality and humanity that the difference from the mainstream can make your own life and experiences difficult. Your close circle may not have been able to help with various experiences or the difficulties of physical experiences. Or you just had to carefully hide your own essence and world of experience and you just tried to survive.
Correspondingly, a parent who has difficulty figuring out how to help and support their starseed child can enter the conversation.
This service is still developing: there is a huge amount of information available and yet every individual is different. As I gather more information through discussions and my own research, the more widely and precisely I can help.
The most important thing is to offer a safe place to come and reflect on your own experiences and give you support with your situation.

Unalome
Unalome is an ancient Hindu-Buddhist symbol said to represent one's journey to enlightenment. I liked the symbol because for me it described something essential about human life with one concept and one line.
The symbol starts from the bottom with a twisted spiral, which said to describe our early stage, where the lessons of life and our development often follow a circular path, slowly expanding. The same situations and patterns are repeated again and again from a slightly new angle.
At some point, something changes: we begin to understand our own contribution to the fabric of our lives. How we ourselves are responsible for our life and its turns. Change can happen through deep mud, where life forces you to change your attitude and direction. We are no longer running in the same circles, but we are starting to grow in a new way.
We learn to manage new challenges and opportunities, our own attitude and our reactions to them. Learning loops become smaller. We begin to learn from our mistakes and experiences and take responsibility for ourselves, our life and its progress.
The road straightens, we mature. Resources are released for new things from the lessons of life and humanity.
